22 Purple

22 Purple is a low strength, low viscosity thread adhesive. It's ideal for machine screws and small fasteners, and provides thixotropic thread wetting properties, to maximize gap filling and joint retention of adhesive. 22 Purple™ meets the requirements of Mil-S-46163A TYPE II Grade M, and ASTM D5363 AN0311. Its low engineered strength, guarantees you will be able to loosen small fasteners, without shearing them off.

42 Blue

42 Blue can handle 70% of the thread locking tasks man and nature can throw at you, and is built for high speed production of small to medium size fasteners. HSR™ cure system powers the anaerobic polymerization, while fumed silica provides the thread filling staying power that reliable performance demands. This platform, built to maximize the functional parameters of Mil-Spec 46163 Type II Grade N eventually caused us to design and build our own reactor, so we could reach the top of the performance curve. 42 Blue, created in Wisconsin, for global performance supremacy.

62 Red

62 Red is formulated from one of our custom reacted monomers. It delivers a more permanent solution to dynamic joint stresses. This medium strength anaerobic melds our modern HSR™ cure system, with high purity fumed silica for thixotropic staying power, engineered to run the upper edge of Mil-Spec 46163 Type II grade O. When it needs to stay where you put it, and you require something just a little stronger than blue, reach for the 62 Red.

71 Red

71 Red is a high strength thread locker designed to meet the requirements of Mil-Spec 46163 Type 1 Grade K, and ASTM D5363 AN0211. This Newtonian thickened product has good hot strength and our eXtend™ cure system, for added storage stability.

77 Red

77 Red is a very high viscosity thread locker, designed to bring high strength, and great gap filling capabilities'. Because of its high viscosity, this product is a great choice for very large fasteners. 77 Red meets Mil-Spec 46163 Type 1 Grade L, and ASTM D5363 AN0211.

72 Red

72 Red is a high hot strength version of 77 Red.
